The staff at West Moors are excellent. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The dentist and hygienist are very professional, they notice so much about you, not just your teeth. I was nervous about the extraction but Rami made the procedure easy and comfortable. My husband has advanced dementia and the staff have arranged for him to be seen with dentist who has downstairs room. Great service

Both the dentist and his assistance were very highly competent and very helpful.The only thing the practice should look at is the suggestion which was made to me at reception that there might be an expensive consultation charge, for what in my case was a very straightforward composite filling repair which could have been done without any need for a consultation -( and which in fairness was ultimately actually waived).It did however cause me concerns regarding the cost, when booking the appointment especially as I have been a private patient at this practice for over 20 years,(ie previously known as Smile.)They need to make a firm decision regarding whether or not to make consultation charge at the time of possible booking.

Friendly and knowledgeable receptionists .Dentist was very good . Explained everything that was happening , always made sure you were comfortable . Fair prices .Slight frustration . The dentist can cancel your appointment when ever they want , and no money is given to the patient .If we miss an appointment during certain time scales , we have to pay £30.00 .The other issue is this is brought to our attention in a rather blunt manner .Not Good .

I was scheduled for a dental check up followed by a hygiene appointment. My dentist was running late, so the hygienist fitted me in, to save me having to wait. My hygienist has been brilliant throughout - lots of very helpful tips on how to improve the health of my gums and clean my teeth properly. She is friendly and very professional. My dentist is also very thorough and professional. He checks my teeth so carefully (even though I know, on this occasion, he was running late) and he has always given me a first class service. The dental nurse in each case was very pleasant and very good at their jobs.The receptionists are always welcoming and do their best to schedule appointments conveniently for me.Thank you so much to the whole team. I would be surprised if anyone could find fault with them. It really is a pleasure to go the practice and I leave with a big smile!

My check up cost was not explained to me. £60.00 is a lot of money to pay for a 20 mins visual check of my teeth for an inligner which had been fitted one year ago. I feel I have paid enough money to the surgery already and there should be no additional costs for these six monthly checks. I had my first consultation with Rami today and I’m an extremely nervous patient. I already knew that I would need an extraction sooner or later and was for want of a better term “bricking it”! Rami confirmed that an extraction would be needed although not necessarily today. However he was so calming and gained my trust and said he could do it there and then. I plucked up the courage and decided to grab the bull by the horns. 20 minutes later it was all over and I didn’t feel a thing! I have been attending this Dental practice for a few years and never had a bad experience. The Dentist was gentle and friendly, the Hygienist was gentle and friendly and the assistants in both rooms were friendly and helpful. The reception was friendly and helpful.

John Edwards is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very caring and carries out his work brilliantly. The staff in this practice are very helpful and friendly.

An appointment was booked prior to going on holiday. The team ensured that my treatment was completed before taking the holiday, they were extremely efficient. Treatment was excellent, procedure was explained before hand and I am delighted with my experience.

I felt very confident with Felix, he was very thorough with the check up and after I had raised concerns about some sensitivity he noted a filing was needed which I have booked in to have done with him.

Following a difficult start when Peter retired when i went through a series of new dentists, perhasp some with questional abilities. i finally ended up with Trerry who is a fine clinitian. Unfortunatly, he to is retiring shorthy, and i hope that his replacement will be of a simular capabilities and a preson that i can form an ongoing and stable connection that will be satisfactory relationship to both me and the dentist.

A long and potentially painful root extraction and bone graft ,carried out very professionally by both the dentist and nurse .

The dental practice were massively understanding & patient with ... who suffers from dementia. From putting ... at ease, explaining details of & carrying out the necessary works - nothing was too much trouble & ... has even agreed to a return visit - Bravo ! Thank You

Very professional courteous and sympathetic as my wife has Parkinsons and it could have been very stressful , but it wasn’t!!!

Every aspect was perfect

Seen by Terry who always explains what he’s doing and is reassuring with both daughters (whose appointments it was). Don’t feel rushed during the appointment and are listened to.

The dentist asked if I had any issues. He listened to my response and gave me options and advice. He remarked that one tooth had slight damage but it was not necessary to rectify that at the moment. There is no unnecessary dental work advised or forced onto the patient.

Everything was explained as the appointment progressed.

I had some bad experiences with dentist in the past, the dentist I see on a regular basis has been very reassuring, My dentist informed me he is retiring shortly which will be a great loss to your practice and patients.

Pain free for the first time in almost a year after repeatedly being let down by my own dentist. Felix got me sorted within an hour. Can't rate him highly enough.

This was the first visit for myself and my 10 and 6 year old boys. First impressions were superb, starting with the clear COVID guidelines from the outside to the instant warm welcome from the manager and his colleague sat on reception. I was given the forms to complete and review for all of us and we were told what to expect for our appointment. My 6 year old is usually very nervous and it has taken us some time just for him to sit in the dental examination chair, however Rami was warm and friendly and instantly put my 6 year old at so much ease, that he sat back in the chair as if he was on a sun lounger! Rami was such a big hit, my son wants to know when he can go back. Overall, great atmosphere, comfortable environment with a warm, friendly, professional team.

Fantastic find! Would like to thank the team at Envisage West Moors, customer care and safety at its best. Felix my Dentist and Annie his Dental Nurse looked after me and I’m so grateful, thank you doesn’t seem enough. A tricky extraction involving removing a cyst in my jaw, with a nervous patient too. All done painlessly, with such care. Felix even rang me in the evening to make sure all was okay. How brilliant is that. He also did a follow up next day to check the wound and stitches. I really cannot fault this practice, thank you so much, I’m a fan.

I have been to Envisage on 4 separate occasions for treatment over the last few months - one appointment of which was for a wisdom tooth extraction! The other appointments were for aesthetics. From the moment I walked through the Envisage doors to when left I have been treated with care, consideration, and warmth; the medical receptionists welcome you with a warm "hello, how are you?"; they greet you by your name, and notify you about your treatment through an organised plan in preparation for your next appointment. Scott, the manager, is friendly, and takes the time to talk to you - it's clear he cares about the patients that walk through the door. My dentists - Felix - is superb; he is so genuinely friendly, caring, a great conversationalist, and an utter professional. I cannot thank him for taking such good care of my oral health. I have felt in safe hands. Felix is an absolute perfectionist with his work - evidenced through my lovely teeth. Thank you so much, Felix. I also want to thank the dental nurses who supported Felix, and who consequently looked after me; they showed such care, and thoughtfulness. Thank you to all of you. As a last note, when I had my first (and hopefully last) wisdom tooth extraction, the surgery and Felix contacted me directly to check-up on my health. THAT level of care goes a long way. Had a wisdom tooth removed with Felix here and can’t fault the service. Very friendly, reassuring and professional, made the removal much easier than I expected.

I had a filling done by Felix this morning. He made me feel at ease and did a great filling. He showed me in the mirror afterwards and it looks exactly like a tooth. Would 100% recommend!

Had an implant fitted today by the wonderful Reg Yeow. Couldn't praise him enough.

Visited twice recently, for Dentist and Hygienist. Couldn't fault the service, from booking, reminders and online check-in. They have made the practice as COVID safe as possible, with plenty of social distancing, hand sanitiser and temperature checking on arrival. Always impressed with the team at West Moors. Have even introduced my partner as a new patient too! Keep up the good work.

Me and my little boy visited envisage today. It is always a bit stressful taking a little one into the dentist but the dental nurse was great, she talked to my little boy during the appointment and made him feel at ease. Thankyou!

Recently visited envisage dental surgery west moors was greeted by the friendly receptionist staff, I booked an appointment with terry as was after some advice on the best treatment for my teeth, he was extremely helpful and come up with a great plan on how can make my teeth look great at an affordable price. With seeing a forecast on what they would look like was excited to get booked in for a great results!

I went into this practice yesterday to join up as a new patient and the customer service was amazing. The receptionists were so friendly and smiley. The atmosphere was great and it smelt so nice. I'm looking forward to my first appointment at the practice and from first impressions I would definitely recommend Envisage West Moors. Thank you.
